Christmas Goodies!

Lyndee and I have made it a bit of a tradition to get together and make Christmas goodies with the kids. Usually it ends up with us making the goodies while the kiddos enjoy some good quality time playing with each other. They did manage to take a few minute break to help us decorate the cookies, though!

I think the sugar is starting to go to his head!

Avery and Aiden are becoming quite the playmates. If Avery would come over to check out the treats Aiden would quickly come down stairs to get her: "Mere Avery, mere!" She would quickly take off to go back and join in the fun!

We finished off the day with supper when Scott and Brandon got off work and then the kids were able to open their presents from each other.

So serious!!

We had gotten Grace a "Bedbugs" game, and all four of the kids sat and played it together before coming home!

All in all I'd say the day was a success! The kids had a blast getting to play together. Lyndee and I enjoyed getting to visit, sip wine, and make goodies all the while listening to Christmas music and the sound of 4 happy kiddos running through the house!
